These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the relationship between Domophoria (hereinafter referred to as "Domophoria," "we," "us," or "the Protocol") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Sovereign"). By accessing the Domophoria Vault or engaging a member of the Master Tech Guild, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Domophoria provides a forensic data protocol for residential real estate. Our services include:
Forensic Notarization: Capturing and verifying the physical state of a Nest via 3D LiDAR and acoustic fingerprints.
Resilience Monitoring: Real-time tracking of mechanical vitality and structural drift.
Predictive Dispatch: Connecting Sovereigns with the Master Tech Guild to prevent structural debt.
Domophoria operates on the principle of Digital Sovereignty. The Sovereign remains the sole owner of the forensic data within the Vault.
Private Keys: Access to high-resolution internal 3D data is secured by private keys held by the Sovereign. Domophoria does not store unencrypted raw internal scans.
Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP): We only share notarized conclusions (e.g., "HARI Score: 95") with third parties (Banks/Insurers) upon
Sovereign authorization, without exposing raw data.
When a Sovereign utilizes the Domophoria platform to dispatch a technician:
InDirect Relationship: The contract for technical repair is between the Sovereign and Domophoria with back to back contract between Domophoria and Service Organizationa. Domophoria acts as the orchestrator, conductor and forensic validator.
Forensic Verification: All repairs performed by the Guild must be verified through the Protocol to restore the HARI Score.
Accountability: Service Organizations are subject to the Domophoria Dispute Resolution Policy and bonding requirements.
Sovereigns may opt-in to the Wealth Loop. By doing so, the Sovereign authorizes Domophoria to share verified resilience metrics with participating financial partners to facilitate interest rate or premium adjustments. Sovereigns acknowledge that financial benefits are determined solely by the third-party institution based on the notarized HARI data.
Vault Subscription: Monthly or annual fees for maintaining the digital twin and monitoring sensors.
Audit Fees: Transactional fees for forensic notarization events (Initial Audit, Re-Audit).
Dispatch Commission: A facilitation fee may be applied to "Restore" deals initiated via the Protocol.
Domophoria is a Truth Layer, not an insurance provider or a building contractor. We notarize the physics of the home at a specific timestamp. While we provide predictive diagnostics, Domophoria is not liable for latent physical defects that exist outside the current resolution of sensor telemetry or LiDAR capture.
Any friction events regarding data accuracy or service delivery are governed by the Domophoria Dispute Resolution Policy, which prioritizes forensic data and peer review over standard litigation. Initial resolution must be attempted via the Vault’s "Report Friction" mechanism.
The Sovereign may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, high-fidelity internal 3D data will be purged from the Vault unless the Sovereign chooses to export their digital twin to a cold storage device. General HARI notarization timestamps may remain in the permanent history of the Nest coordinate to ensure the integrity of the property ledger for future owners. Domophoria deserves the right to terminate any Sovereign or Service Organization relationship.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any legal disputes arising from the implementation of the Protocol shall be handled by the competent courts in Prague.
