1. The "Sovereign Nest" Principle

At Domophoria, we operate on a Privacy-by-Forensics model. You own every pixel of your real estate and documents scans, pictures and videos and every decibel of your acoustic signatures. We act as the digital notary, not the data broker. We never sell your personal "Nest" data to third parties for advertising. Period.

2. What We Collect (The Truth Vectors)

To calculate your Home Asset Resilience Index (HARI), we collect:

Spatial Data: 3D LiDAR point clouds of your property’s structure.
Acoustic Signatures: Frequency recordings of mechanical nodes (HVAC, pumps).
Regulatory Documents: Czech Revize and Slovak Revízia certificates (identifying your 'Revízny technik').
Financial Identity: Information required to sync with your bank for the Wealth Loop (mortgage and insurance contracts).

3. How We Use Your Data (The Logic)

We use your data strictly to:

Verify Physics: To ensure your home is structurally and mechanically sound.
Trigger the Wealth Loop: To prove to your bank that you deserve a lower interest/insurance rate.
Predictive Care: To alert you if a bearing is about to fail or a foundation is shifting.
Legal Compliance: To keep your "Legal Shield" active by tracking mandatory state inspections.

4. Zero-Knowledge Sharing

We use Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP). This means when your bank asks, "Is this house safe?", we send a notarized 'YES' with the score, but without sharing the raw high-resolution 3D scans of your bedroom. We share the conclusion of the truth, not the details of your life.

5. Local Edge Processing

Wherever possible, our Domophoria Hub processes forensic data locally at your mobile device.

6. Third-Party "Service Organization" Access

When you request a Master Tech dispatch:

We share only the specific "Fault Signature" they need to see (pictures, videos and sound).
Technicians are bound by the Service Request Agreement, ensuring they respect your privacy while in your sanctuary.

7. Your Rights (The Control Panel)

Under GDPR and the 2026 EU Data Act, you have the right to:

Delete the Ledger: You can wipe your Vault. (Note: This will reset your HARI to zero and may terminate the benefits from the third parties). The documents which were issued or calculated by Domophoria will be kept on our side. Any publicly available information will also be kept, but it will be decoupled from your profile.
Data Portability: Take your documents to any other provider.
Audit the Auditor: See exactly who has accessed your data and why.
